About iemerge yoga
Founded in 2006 by Lisa J. Coleman, iemerge yoga caters to individuals of all ages and levels who seek to unite body, mind, and spirit. Students are enabled to tap into their inner beauty, breath, and balance as they embrace their own personal journey of self-discovery. Inspired through the ancient rhythm of Kundalini yoga, each class is designed to create a sacred blend of complete healing and relaxation. Yogic philosophy and helpful tips are interwoven within the fabric of each session for the total iemerge yoga experience.
A Los Angeles native, Lisa J. Coleman is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). She is a member of the International Association for Black Yoga Teachers (IABYT) and has taught with the Yoga for Youth program, a non- profit organization that shares the ancient technology of yoga with inner city and at-risk youth in detention facilities and special schools. Lisa is the founder of iemerge yoga, which offers group,private,and corporate lessons and guided S.E.L.F (Self. Evolving. Living. Fully.) Consultation to individuals seeking to unite body, mind, and spirit as they embark on their own personal journey of self-discovery. She has an extensive background in journalism, public relations, and special events and received her Bachelors of Arts degree in English from Mount St Mary’s College.
